MetroBuilt Homes is an independent family-owned business. Commenced in 2020, our vibrant team of 5 is led by founder and director Jim Vinnicombe who is a second-Generation Builder with 15 Years of professional hands-on experience ranging from design concept all the way to handing over the keys! And has been on and around building sites since being a kid.

Jim is hands-on in every aspect of each project.

The beauty of working with a local and independent builder, rather than a big brand builder, is that you are in contact with the builder - not a project manager.

Jim Thoroughly reviews all plans, documentation and customer requirements and is regularly on-site to check in on progress and ensure every aspect of the project meets the MetroBuilt quality standard and that build time is on track. Jim is the project manager, on-site builder, carpenter and mediator (you talk directly to Jim if you have any issues).
